Mr Sham Sundar is one of the Director of Leela Residencies, has extensive experience of 18 years and more in the real estate field. He is the board of director of FORTUNE SELECT FOREST HILL RESORT (HP). His technical, strategic decisions and leadership skills combined with creative business sense have helped him in securing and successfully implementing many projects in Tricity which includes residential villas , flats and commercial projects as well.

He is a self-made man who believes in simple living and high thinking. He is continuously focusing on quality workmanship to build homes not houses, where a customer takes pride in owning a home and feels attached bringing the best experience of belongingness. With the help of his knowledge and expertise, the Leela Residencies is successfully marching towards success.

Nischay Ralhan, an innovative leader, has a deep and broad knowledge of the real estate industry. From a very young age, he has been involved in the Management and operations of the family-run real estate business. He brings with him not just the enthusiasm but a vision to transform “Buying a new home experience” and make it seamless and enriching. He believes home is not only the physical structure of bricks and mortar but understands it is a lifestyle and community that connects us and society. He spearheads and leads the sales team at LRPL.

He is credited with overhauling the operating platform to create improvements in the customers’ buying experience, which helps us to be a part of something great, something more significant at LRPL.
